Infomaniak servers in Geneva, covered by an EU adequacy decision under GDPR. Your original emails stay with your provider; InSkim keeps a working copy for sorting and drafting.
Analysis runs through Claude's professional API (Anthropic), whose terms exclude using your data to train models.
HTTPS between you and InSkim, encrypted IMAP and SMTP to your provider. Nothing travels in the clear.
The admin console only sees volumes and costs. Server access is restricted to the publisher and logged.

Starter covers 1 mailbox, Essential up to 3, Pro up to 5. The real ceiling is the monthly AI allowance: three light mailboxes fit easily in Essential, one very busy mailbox may call for Pro. The Team plan, coming soon, covers teams from 2 users with shared mailboxes and a pooled AI allowance.
A gauge shows where you stand throughout the month. The allowance resets on the 1st of every month. Soon you'll be able to top it up in one click or move to the next plan, never with a surprise bill.

Yes. For a company mailbox, the connection has to be authorised by the account owner. The Team plan (€6.90 excl. VAT per user per month, from 2 users, team administrator, shared mailboxes, single invoice) is coming soon: contact us to be notified. Above 20 users, the Enterprise plan is quoted individually.
